Psyche

2 nd Year Modular Project
Genre : 3D Platformer.
Engine : Unreal Engine 5.
Team Size : 3.
Duration : 3 months.
Target Audience : Casual Players.
Psyche is a 3D puzzle platformer game where you need to solve the puzzle of the level, by moving shapes in the level to create the path to the exit, but each block can only move on one axis.
What is the Game Concept?

You play as a person who is a laboratory experiment, having undergone medical treatments, to develop the human brain, so you have telekinetic powers.

You have to reach the exit of the levels, your way to get there is to use your powers to move the three different colored blocks but they can only move on one axis (each color corresponds to one axis). Your objective is to move them to create your path.

In Psyche, the level design has been thought out so that the player can discover a game mechanic one after the other. 


First there's a "Tutorial" level, and then in each of the other levels the player learns to use his telekinetic skills to get to the exit. 


The player can first move on the X axis, then on the Y axis and finally on the Z axis.
